Since planting their first vines in 1999, Karl and Julie Hillier have evolved Harris River estate into a family-driven operation that specialises in artisanal alcoholic beverage production. The Hillier's experiment with contemporary viticulture, distilling and brewing practices, celebrating native botanicals within their family of products. Each variety is grown, crafted and bottled within the province of Harris River Estate, and encourages others to enjoy, understand and reflect on the rich terrior of Collie River Valley.
